Booking Policy

1. Billing:


The event can be cancelled at any time with a $100 fee. The remainder of the payment will be refunded via the original payment method.
If cancellation is made 14 days or more before the event, the event can be postponed free of charge.
Final payment is due on the day of the event prior to installation, by credit card or Interac transfer.
In case of non-payment, Génial Booth may cancel the event without refund of the deposit.


2. General Conditions:
Wi-Fi: A stable Wi-Fi network is required for the Selfie Booth to function properly. Otherwise, photos will be available online after the event.
Photo Frame: Frame selection must be made 7 days prior to the event, otherwise a standard frame will be assigned.
Delivery: Selfie Booth setup will be between 10am and 2pm, and takedown between 11pm and midnight. Special arrangements can be made for in-home events.
Online Photo Album: A link to access the photos will be sent 24 to 48 hours after the event. Photos will remain available online for 30 days.


3. Extras:
Additional options such as backdrops, a keepsake photo album, and photo printing are available at an additional cost.


4. Respect for Equipment:
The customer must return the equipment in its original condition and ensure its protection from the elements during outdoor events. In the event of damage or missing equipment, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacement or repair.


5. Promotion:
The client consents to the use of photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, excluding images of minors without consent.


6. Signatures:
The contract may be signed electronically or on paper, and electronic signatures are valid.
